The breakfast was a highlight with delicious pistachio croissants. The staff were super helpful during my stay. The location is perfect for exploring, being just a minute from Termini station.

Great location near Termini, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a bonus, and I appreciated the early check-in at 7 am, which is rare. Just be cautious as the area can feel a bit sketchy at night.

definitely not worth my time, the key handover process felt like a security risk, handing my key daily-nonsense. Oh, and don't even get me started on the dated decor and threadbare towels—who decides on these things? I expected at least a welcome gift considering my stay, but I guess that’s too much to ask for here.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location made it easy to explore the city, especially when we visited the Colosseum and Vatican City. Enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the room was cozy. Just a heads up, the area can feel a bit sketchy at night, so stay alert. Overall, it was a great spot to make memories.

On the downside, one staff member was unhelpful when we encountered an issue with the blankets. We had to repeatedly ask for extra ones and linens, which took a while to resolve.

Additionally, concerns regarding cleanliness and safety in the area were notable, making this location feel less than ideal. Although convenient to transport, the overall ambiance left something to be desired.
